Demo

See it in action

A short walkthrough of bulk-managing conversations and Library files.

The problem

One at a time doesn't scale

ChatGPT only lets you delete chats and uploaded files one at a time. After a year of daily use that means hundreds of conversations and a Library quietly filling up with files you forgot you uploaded — with no way to clear any of it in bulk.

GPTBulk Delete adds a fast, safe bulk manager right inside ChatGPT, so you can clear years of clutter — and reclaim Library storage — in a few clicks. Everything runs locally in your browser using the session you're already signed into: no accounts to create, no servers, no tracking. Open it from the floating 🗑 button or the toolbar icon.

Features

What it does

Bulk-manage conversations

  • Loads your entire chat history via ChatGPT's own API — not just the chats visible in the sidebar.
  • Search and filter by title; group by Project folder; sort by created or last-updated.
  • Select all, none, or invert — or everything older than N days. Advanced Select by date and folder.
  • Delete or non-destructively Archive, with an adjustable delay, progress bar, live log, and Stop button.

Bulk-manage uploaded files (Library)

  • Loads your entire Library reliably, auto-retrying when ChatGPT's servers are slow.
  • Shows total size, selected size, and storage usage — for example "Library uses 16 GB of 20 GB".
  • Sort by name, size, or date; search by name; optional lazy-loaded image thumbnails; failed uploads clearly marked.
  • Deletes with confirmation, then verifies the files are actually gone.

Built for real workspaces

  • Workspace-aware: personal, Team, and Enterprise.
  • A "What's new" changelog so you can see what changed between versions.
  • A compact dark panel that stays out of your way.
